"Ethan is a great coach to work with, he takes into account all the areas that you want to grow and build. He will help you build a diet plan for your personal body type and give you several options about how to intake the food and supplements. In my case I started with him just before I got deployed so I was able to get a lot of different foods and was easy to manage the intake. Now that I am deployed the food is limited but with his help we have built a plan that works with the foods that I am able to eat and has help me tremendously.
